When traveling to another country or region is a good idea to know what climate change will do for your trip. When is the best time to travel to Cancun based on seasonal changes? Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula has two seasons, the rainy season (May to mid October) and dry season (mid-October to April). The rainy season can hardly be a difference in the dry interior. The coastal region of tropical rain generally receive from about 4 to 5 hours and last for a few hours, and the occasional tropical storm passing along the coast. The daily rainfall can occur suddenly and be very strong, usually as soon as they begin and end the cool air at night, which is a good treatment. During the peak of hurricane season (September-October), take a look at the weather forecast just before the trip to see if you can work in all weather conditions particularly hard.
The hurricane season lasts from June to October and can influence the Yucatan Peninsula.
June, July and August are very hot and humid in the Yucatan Peninsula. Rising temperatures in the mid 80s and 90s. The coastal city of this region experienced temperatures in the 80s in the warmer months. During the winter months, average temperatures of 70 to 75 during the day and 55-65 at night.
Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula has two main stations on the road, ups and downs. The season begins around 20th December and runs until Easter, may begin in some places during high season as early as mid-November. The season begins right after Easter and lasts until mid-December, during the fall season, prices of 20 to 50 percent could. In many resort towns popular with travelers from Mexico, like Cancun, the prices for high season prices jump in July and August. The prices can increase dramatically during the week of Easter and Christmas are the peak travel times in 2 weeks in Mexico.

Cancun Hotel Zone – Key Facts to Know Before You Go
What is the Hotel Zone, Cancun, Mexico? Affectionately known as Cancun has an illustrious history. Now, we go back a little. A few decades ago the government of Mexico has (like an analysis of the computer, I might add) an overview of all of Mexico, in the selection of Cancun, led as the place to create the next hot destination. Well, they succeeded in their dreams!
Hotel Zone is a narrow strip of land surrounded by a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other side. There are literally hundreds of hotels in the area competing for the dollars of tourists. The sea in Cancun is a blue that forgotten once seen (and immersed in) never. I’ve traveled to many places, but I have not seen water as found in Cancun.
It is quite affordable travel to Cancun and in hotels in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, if you book in advance and looking for bargains. Cancun airport to the hotel zone is just a short taxi ride, and once there, have to remind you about the costs or difficulties on arrival. We are always stay at a timeshare in the family, it was a very nice and cheap. The hotels are generally very high quality and have all the amenities one expects from a prime tourist destination.
Hotel Zone is the first choice when in the Cancun area? Well, if you like crowds and action. Otherwise, you can provide the Riviera Maya (1 hour drive), the calm waters and hotels far away from each other, so no crowds. I personally like the crowd, and the proximity to the city of Cancun, but not everyone likes them. A side note about the city: from the Hotel Zone of Cancun, to get a bus cheap and clean the city very quickly.
